Hola I'm Gabriela

Welcome to my world of healing soups, sustainability, and soulful nourishment!

I’ve spent my life obsessed with my mama's soups. For the last 25 years, I’ve been weaving together the flavors of Mexico, the sunny spirit of California, and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, creating dishes that nourish both body and soul. Through my journey as a Yoga & Ayurveda Counselor, permaculturist, photographer, and sustainable travel curator, I’ve learned that food is more than just sustenance—it’s medicine, tradition, and a way to connect with ourselves, our loved ones, and the Earth.

I’m so excited to share My Mama’s Healing Soups with you—a collection of timeless recipes inspired by love, heritage, and sustainability.

Let’s cook, nourish, and heal together!

Gabriela

“Slow down and listen—nature moves with wisdom. Think twice before shopping, green your home, and choose organic. Avoid fast fashion, be water-wise, and walk more. Waste less, grow your own, and live gently. Take action, use your voice, uplift others, and share your abundance. A regenerative life begins with mindful choices.”
